Perfect service

Hello! This was my worst experience ever. I ordered a pair of glasses and lenses using my vision prescription. I thought that i choose the thinnest lenses because i glasses frame doesnt have metal or plastic around. When i got them the lenses qas vey thick and they told me that i didnt choose the correct one. After i asked them if they have the thinnest one and they confirm this. To be 100% sure that is all correct i visited in my city an optician that shown me how it is looking. And after i ordered again but the correct one. I was waiting long time to get them and finally i received them wigh the same thickest lenses that was the first time. I complained them and they wrote that my frame is not suitable with the frame and they are non-refundable. I spent over $300 for what? I couldnt upload all photos, but this is the last one.

I had seen these frames elsewhere and decided to order them. I was happy with the communication as my order processed. Would most likely do business with them again

Product excellent. It's a bit bigger than expected, but they wrote all the measures in the description, so they are honest with the customer. And even if they are big, I love my glasses. Tracking info was a bit bad, but I always got an answer when I asked them. I give you my 5 stars for your nice business. I will buy more glasses for sure with you.

I have purchased two pair of glasses from Cool Frames. They keep you updated on the process of your order very professionally.

I was told (by Eton (or Eaton) I believe was his name- your CSR) the frames are 53 when I asked before buying.....When I received them, they were actually 50, not 53 and now I am stuck with a smaller frame then what I would need for my face. Secondly, I spoke to the same CSR regarding the 10% discount that I was entitled to receive for my order and he assured me I will get the $13 back on my order which never happened. I was charges the whole $130 for my frames. He was very nice and friendly, the only thing is that both his responses were innacurate and/or not properly completed.

Received frames exactly as advertised. Well packaged and delivered on time. Prices are fair and products offered are good. Would use again.
