I never even got my frames in the mail. There was some hiccup with the delivery and when I contacted customer service and told them I never received my package with my frames the guy pretty much just argued with me. I ended up hanging up on him... worst experience ever. Wouldn’t transfer me to his supervisor either.

I received my glasses today and they are exactly what I ordered. The process overall isn't quick, but I saved a ton so it was well worth the wait. The packaging was very well done and I would recommend Coolframes to friends/family.

Truly the worst. The glasses I received were completely unwearble - the lens prescription and focal point was way off. Tried to contact coolframes many times but met with absolute silence that got nowhere. What a waste of money

All went well- Coolframes did a fantastic job- the frames arrived as ordered. Thank you! The only problem was the length of delivery time- at least 4 weeks. This was not the fault of Coolframes whatsoever but the postal service of two countries and border customs departments.

I bought a frames and after many calls, very impolite customer service, and more than 10 days that I called to them, they told me that the frames was unavailable. The worst customer service ever.

it took longer than I expected to receive them. when I did receive them the frames when nothing like I thought. they were much too small. of course that can be expected when one does not truly know how to order online. however, when I called them they told me no problem they have a free exchange. but the problem lies with having to replace the lenses. since the new frames were bigger the lenses would have to be replaced. they told me I would have to pay to have them redone. when they told me the price to do this I was stunned. it was outrageous. they told me it would cost $435 to replace the lens. this was more than twice as much as I paid for the full lens and frames. basically it's not worth sending them back. I can go to a glasses store and pay less for new lenses and frames. very disappointing

Thank you for your order, it is true that you have a one time full value exchange for the frame. We make every effort to swap out lenses for our customers when we can, however the lenses you purchased are a custom made 1.67 lens with a very high astigmatism(cylinder) the cost to replace your lenses would not be $435 instead they would be $229 unless you are asking for a style change on the lenses. please contact me directly and I will be more then happy to accommodate the order and situation.
