Morning. My seems to missing some important pieces. There are no side shields for the glasses I ordered also the glasses do not have transition lenses very disappointed in the over all performance of said company and some of their employees The only thing I liked was the colour of my frames. Thank you. Bob

Run away from this company as fast as you can! I ordered two Persol frames from coolframes.com, and both arrived feeling very cheap. I worked in the optical industry for a decade and I believe these frames to be counterfeit. The frames were also too big for me, and I decided immediately to return them. Figuring out how to return frames to this company is practically impossible. You have to dig through pages of their FAQ and then email them. One I emailed them, I was given an address to send the frames and told that I didn’t need to include any kind of return form (I asked). I was also told that I would be charged a 20%(!) restocking fee. I also had to pay for the return shipping, which was $15. I’m now staring at about a $70 charge just for returning some fake Persols, an insane policy for an online-only company. When the company received my return, they emailed me and asked what I wanted them to do with the frames I returned. I told them — again — that I wanted a refund immediately. They again told me I would be subject to their astronomical restocking fee. I told them that since their website guarantees their frames are authentic, I should be exempt from the fee since my frames were counterfeit. They countered by offering to send me the invoice from Persol proving the frames were real. I called their bluff and told them to go ahead and send it. That was over 24 hours ago and they’ve sent nothing. It’s also been four days since they received the returned frames and they still have not issued me a refund. I’m going to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and have them cancel the whole thing. Moral of the story: don’t order from coolframes.com unless you love fake merchandise and wasting money.

I appreciate you did not like the Persol's you got from us, that happens. You being in the Optical industry for a decade i am sure you know that the Persol's you bought come from Luxottica owned LHB (luxury house brands) and you could have easily taken them to a lens crafter of sunglass hut to authenticate the frame if you really like them and dint want to return them. Our policies are on our site and are available under policies at the bottom of every page on our site. We also require that our customers acknowledge they have read them prior to checkout. Please do not not say what you got is a fake it is insulting, if you do not like the sunnies just tell us prior to retune and then creating a charge back with your credit card, we would have been happy to help, now we have to show docs from Luxottica (LHB) that the merchandise is in fact legit as we fight the charge back.

I inquired about returning the frames that I had purchased because I did not like them. I was told that I would have to pay for return postage and they would take 20% of the cost for a restocking fee.
