Let me say first that this site does not give you an accurate picture of CoolFrames ("CF") business practices. You should check Better Business Bureau, Sitejabber and Yelp. CF's approval rating is below 2% positive, and there are many allegations of fraud and inauthenticity. One is struck by how similar the complaints are as to CF's modus operendi. I am in the middle of a dispute with them and will post details.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered frames and paid for expedited shipping. My debit card was immediately charge. Called to check on the status of my order as I needed them in an expedited fashion, which is why I paid for expedited shipping. The customer service rep told me these frames had been discontinued. I received an email saying that my order is being processed. It was not until I spoke to the customer service rep that I found out that I would not be getting my frames at all! They had no problem taking my money immediately, but she guesstimated that my refund would be issued within 24 to 48 hours. Why would they allow me to purchase a product that they don’t even have in stock? Steer clear of this company.

I placed a order my glasses back in November. I hadn't received any information about my glasses. So I decided to call to ask about my order and I was told that the frames were on back order. I then asked why couldn't I receive a email or phone regarding my order. The representative was very nice. The next day I received a email stating that me lens were finally sent to be made. Communication is key when running a business. It will be January in a couple of days. Sop hopefully I will receive my glasses then. :-(

TRACKING w usps is a Joke! They tracking information never gave a delivery day. Then they try to deliver on a Saturday afternoon when we were working. No notice was left and I had no idea a signature was needed.. What a Joke.!!

Ordered a 1300 dollar pair of glasses with Rex put in them. Had to call and call to even get the glasses. Then when glasses arrived wrong rx in lens. Called to ask them to just send the correct lens. Was told that they need the glasses again . So now I have a 1300 dollar pair of junk. I just don’t see why the company just can’t send the lens. Some people can just not worry about a 1300 dollar pair of glasses. But myself I have to save for about a year to get those glasses. Big mistake for dealing with this company. Never again. And I hope other people do t get treated the way I did.

I was reluctant to try the website, but after waiting almost 2 months for our optometrists office to get replacement frames for my son, I just bit the bullet. These frames are identical to his previous frames from the dr. (Shaquille O'Neal frames), but they were $75 cheaper!!! They also arrived in a little over a week and that was during Thanksgiving week. I am amazed and thankful! Thank you so much! Will definitely buy from you again!
