Great quality glasses, very helpful staff, all around good experience. I even forgot to put my unit number for my adress on mailing info and a staff member from Cool Frames edited it for the mail service right away and they arrived fast and on time!

I’ve been wearing glasses for 56 years. The glasses do not fit as they should. I have another pair in brown. I also have several pair that are size 48. When I received the glasses they appeared to have been around and handled. Did not appear to be new.

Terrible experience.They have terrible customer service and charge a 20% restocking fee for glasses frames that did not fit the lenses from an identical frame number which broke. So, I have no frames from them and was ripped off $48.00–they charged a 20% restocking fee and I paid postage to return them. If you don’t mind paying for nothing and being treated poorly, buy from them. So “promptly refunded” is untrue if you expect a full refund. To be clear: I returned the frames that did not work and paid $7.00 postage. They charged me $41.00 restocking fee. So their policy is to give nothing and take a fee.
