I was sold a frame at a higher price
I was sold a frame at a higher price. The order was delivered to me late. The quality of the frame was different than what CoolFrames had stated on its website. When asking for compensation or return, it was refused. So instead, I was pushed to pay 20% of the selling price if I wanted to return. I do not recommend CoolFrames. Other competitors have a better price, much better customer satisfaction. Looking at CoolFrame's about us section, this company claimed that 100% customer satisfaction is guaranteed, but it is not valid.

thank you for your order, the frame price is $100 CAD and that is what you paid, the frame is manufactured by Kering group and is of top quality and has a warranty of 1 year. We are not responsible for other sites and their prices nor their authenticity on this brand. Our policy is a restocking fee on items returned to us without exchange. traveling to Canada from the US has been difficult for both FedEx and UPS since for the past year due to the border closings.
