Before buying I searched reviews. Wish I’d seen the BBB D- review before I ordered. Cool frames was one of the few places that carried the Hilco brand of safety glasses I needed for work. I have bifocals. When I got them, one lens was fine but the other was set crooked. I followed return protocol (Got return authorization & PAID for return postage) & got back the same glasses from them - not fixed. I called back & was told they’d done all they would do. Satisfaction guaranteed?? Year warranty? Don’t believe it!! They got me for $400 & I can’t wear the glasses because they make me dizzy. Buy elsewhere!! 11/16/22-I was contacted by coolframes & promised help, but to date there are still no results.

I'd give zero stars. Their lenses are crap and they don't take responsibility for their unacceptable lenses. No ability to return without losing half of what you pay for restocking and lens non-refundable fees. Their customer service is worthless. Beware and know that these are not optometrist level lenses. They'll give you a migraine and make your head spin. Completely useless product!!!

Gotta say I was optimistic about buying my prescription glasses online. Purchasing with cool frames was a great experience and a super value. I totally would purchase glasses again and would recommend anyone that is looking for a great value with top notch commitment to the customer experience.

Found frames I loved, but my eye doctor couldn't order. CoolFrames to the rescue. They had the frames and worked with my insurance, leaving me less than $20 out of pocket. Great customer service. Can't wait for the frames to arrive so I can have the lenses put in and show them off.

Bought Cartier was a little skeptical at first. The glasses look good and they did my prescription and got all necessary paperwork to accompany the Cartier eyewear. GENESIS is the rep I used. I STRONGLY suggest you use her too. Her customer service and patience was top tier. And all this took a week give or take a day or so

Wow! I am so impressed with Gina and the amazing customer service regarding my order. I ordered a day early from the awesome prime day deals and they honored the sale price for my new Prada sunglasses. The prices are great and the service is impeccable. Will return for future purchases!

Let me tell you...this place is AWESOME! They had the frames I have been searching for about a month....AND the best customer service rep named Genesis! She is worth her weight in gold! She was patient and so informative about EVERYTHING!! I definitely will be back and can't wait to receive my order!!! CoolFrames will be on my lips with their wonderful service and friendly staff!!❤️❤️

I had such a great experience working with Genesis. I was unsure of what I wanted and asked a lot of questions. They walked me through all of my options and helped me find a solution that fit within my budget. Genesis did not try to upsell me on products that I didn't need. They were patient and kind with all of my questions. I shopped around both online and in person and CoolFrames had the best prices. I've ordered with them before and I will order with them again.
