I would have given you 5 stars. The only thing that doesn't allow that to happen is that I believe your lab spent too much time to deliver the lenses, other than that everything went smooth.

Great price, fast shipping. Product was the exact specs I needed. My kid broke her glasses and with the info on the site I was able to fit the existing lenses exactly so I did the old pop and swap and we were back up and running in no time!

Although I returned the frames I purchased, the support was excellent. I look to purchase there in the future.

I recieved my order in about a month (in December). Would have loved it a lot sooner. Frames have already started chipping paint after a week and have jagged ridges inside frames. The lens quality is great. The frame fits well and I can see perfectly.

Great and very personal order process. When I realized the website checkout defaulted back to my old address (my billing address) as the shipping, I was assured by 2-3 people that it would be sent to the correct address. I also had an incredibly easy time adding Rx lenses and utilizing my insurance coverage by emailing a real person who wrote me back quickly. I'd never done an Rx glasses order using insurance before, and I would absolutely use and recommend this site to anyone.

They have many options to choose from,easy to navigate website,technician making the glasses called with a question, I appreciate the communication and both orders came within 2-3 weeks at avery good price.

Great selection and prices for the frames. The frames came 2 days later than the date reported, but still quickly for the holiday season.
