Coolframes has SO many offerings from the top designers. Their ordering process makes it super easy and timely.

The glasses delivered were not the glasses described or shown. Communication after order I had to initiate and production was slow. I had an order from another company placed at the same time and they delivered 10 days sooner. Whether I keep these glasses or not I will not buy from CoolFrames again.

The frames did not fit my lenses. I finally needed to call to discuss a return and was told there is a 20% restocking fee which I did not see on their website. This is my last order from Cool Frames

Its a very easy process, pick the lenses and then upload the prescription. Its that easy.... I have ordered 3 pairs of glasses, time has varied depending on availability. I did have to wait 30+ days for my latest purchase. Overall, great to deal with.
