Perfect is the bast way I can put it

I placed an order and had frames shipped Dec 23. It's currently January 10 and I have still not received them. I have had to reach out numerous times by phone and email, only be told they are being held at a depot. I was not given any sort of card to pick them up, so have to waste my time on the phone trying to sort this out and get my product. What should have been a seamless and easy transaction was a total waste of time.

These frames were like my previous ones. Those frames had been seriously damaged, except the lenses. I called the eye vision store who had sold me the glasses if they could get me the same frames. They told me they didn't carry the brand anymore. So I went looking for the frames myself via internet. I found you! You had the same frames I had damaged at a fraction of the price I had originally paid. I was so happy when the frames arrived and I just popped in the lenses. I am so pleased and so grateful to have found your site. I will return and recommend you to others.

Unfortunately, the company does not offer full refunds on returns as many of their competitors do. They charge a 20% "restocking" fee. I will just use GlassesUSA or somewhere that has the ability to afford their customers that integrity.
