Great customer service!!!!
Great customer service!!!!! I had the best experience. I had a mix up and had to send back my glasses to have the prescription put in. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and made the process very easy!!!

My new rescue dog chewed up my best glasses!
My new rescue dog chewed up my best pair of glasses and destroyed them! The optical store told me that they could not get another pair of Hurley HMO104 frames in Navy, but said if I could find the frames somewhere else, they would put new lenses in for me. So I searched online, and found them on CoolFrames.com and paid and ordered them. Christmas eve, I get a phone call saying my chosen frames are out of stock and no longer available! I was extremely disappointed to say the least, so I settled for the same size and style of frame in tortoise colour instead. Wouldn't you think that if you run out of stock and were unable to order more, that you would delete that listing from your website? This is like a "bait and switch" deal because at that point it is too late to cancel the order. So yes, very disappointed, and generously giving a rating of three stars.

I still haven’t received my glasses
I still haven’t received my glasses, but I have paid for them! I was sent a link to track my order but the link just takes me to my receipt…

Exceptional quality at great price
I ordered glasses for my husband from a prescription from a local optometrist. We are very satisfied with the quality of his progressive eyewear with transition tint. We were able to get the same frame and lens at a much lower cost than it would've been locally. Since I've had experience adjusting frames, getting them to fit properly was no issue. Thank you for your quality and workmanship.
