Refund policy needs review.

I was sent eyeglass frames that were damaged. I contacted customer service immediately to find out what to do. I emailed pictures of the defective frames. I just received an email back from them asking me to mail the frames back to them at my expense in order to receive an exchange and I live in Canada. Their website states that if a defective product is received they will exchange it at NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER. THAT IS NOT MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR. I should not have to pay for the defective product to be returned to them and they should honour what their website states

I broke my frames and needed new ones. I was told by my son about CoolFrames and I found the exact frames I needed. I received them in a timely manner and they worked perfectly. The price was also very reasonable. I would recommend CoolFrames to anyone in need of their services.

Probably the worst buying experience ever. Package still hasn’t arrived 20 days after ordering. Package wasn’t shipped until 17 days after ordering Even though I selected priority shipping package was shipped standard. Also the website will spam you with multiple emails a day after you CEO a sale. Will never use site again

Just love my new frames! I broke the glasses I had for several years. My optometrist said they did not carry that frame anymore and recommended your company to find the same frame. There were several colors to chose from and the best part was they were on sale! Quick turn around time too.

I placed an order (Order #1353611) for the same item (SuperFlex SF-1136T Eyeglasses) on january 9th, 2023 for the price of $203.00, Today, 8 days later, you are offering me this item for $148.00 . I believe in the standards of fair trade you owe me a discount to meet the actual price. And your answer is: Please advise this order already shipped out as of the 12th unfortunately we are unable to change the pricing I am disappointed with your company behavior as most online sellers offers best price garantee if the customer find a lower price and they will price match it. This was my first purchse from your company and will be the last. Furthermore don't expect me to mention in my review how your company treats her customer and how frustrated is your behavior

Still haven’t received my order. Says it was delivered, I contested the company and no response. No refund, nothing!!!
