Hi Mandy. I apologize for the production delay with the manufacturer. As an authorized retailer we order directly from them and unfortunately, have to wait if they encounter any delays. We make daily calls to the manufacturer and do our very best to get your product in as soon as we can. The reason our team could not help you place another order for a different brand is because contact lenses are a medical device and you are required by Federal Law to have a prescription for each brand you are purchasing. Unfortunately, you did not have an alternative brand that your doctor prescribed you so our customer service team politely informed you that you would need to speak to your doctor or wait till the manufacturer was able to send us the lenses. Again, I apologize for the manufacturer delay and any inconveniences this may have caused you.

On the product page of our website and under the cost of the item it states: this item is on sale and not eligible for any coupons, a processing fee will apply. Click on the "read more" and a pop-up will appear explaining the fee and showing the price per box. When the items are added to the cart you will see the charges are broken out and you will have another opportunity to read about the processing fee. I apologize for how you feel regarding the packaging. As an authorized retailer and receiving bulk shipments directly from the manufacturer we have to go through the product first to make sure it is correct. Once we verify the prescription we send it to the warehouse for packaging in a smaller box for your product to be safely shipped to you.
