Prices were good and they were honest. They disclosed why they had a large handling charge at the beginning of the transaction and it made sense as I had already tried to buy the lenses at another large contact lens merchant that added a huge charge on at the end of the transaction with no explanation which made me not go through with the order. Contact Lens King was upfront about the charge and they ended up being way less expensive.

I’ve been using them for many years and although sometimes there’s delays due to shortages, I always get my contacts.

I received an incorrect box of lenses, (my fault I entered N on one of the boxes that should have been "D"). I have ordered contacts online elsewhere for years without an issue. They ALWAYS verified my prescription. Their "Customer service" rep advised me several times that they contact my doctors office and allowed the "8 hours as required by federal law" to respond. Without a response, they went ahead and filled. If they had advised me that they were unable to verify it I would have sent the scrip to them myself. As I said, ordered online for many years. I had a problem only once and their competitor replaced them, no questions asked. I only ordered from here because it was cheaper. You get what you pay for. Never again!!!

Hi Customer. I apologize you experienced issues with your order and the verification process. Upon looking into your order, I do see we tried to reach out to your doctors office to verify your prescription. After 8 business hours your doctors office did not respond. Federal Law states, after those 8 business hours we can fill the order as entered online by the customer. If you have not opened the box of lenses and it complies with our return policy please contact our customer service team and we would be happy to send you return instructions and help place the order for the correct set of lenses. We appreciate your business and hope you purchase from Contact Lens King in the future.
