HI. I do apologize for your frustrations regarding the processing fee. Upon review of your order, the agent stated the price per box was $26.95 per box with a $19.87 per box processing fee. At that time, the agent explained the processing fee is associated with the sales cost of the item and is priced per box. Prior to payment the agent explained the break out of the cost for the two boxes which was a subtotal of $53.90+$39.74processing fee+$12.95 for a total of $106.59. You agreed to that total by providing your credit card number to the agent during the call. We do send you an email confirmation as soon as the order is submitted that also breaks out the charges. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance on the breakout.

HI. Thank you for your order. I apologize you feel our shipping rates are high. All shipping rates are a flat fee from the carrier that is based on multiple factors such as: fuel, zone, weight, taxes, and freight related charges. We do work with the carriers on a daily bases in hopes they will lower their rates. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
