I was ordering contacts from Lens.com and was dismayed by a surprise processing fee at checkout of about $10. Not wanting to reward that, I searched again and was pleased to find great prices at Contact Lens King, along with a reassuring "No Hidden Fees" right on the home page. I go to the trouble of searching the contacts and re-entering my prescription, and boom, after only one eye's worth, up pops a processing fee of TWENTY-SEVEN dollars. We can quibble about what "hidden" means, but to me it means you don't find out until you've done the work and are all set to go. You annoy me, Contact Lens King.

i was buy c.l. and i recieve it very quickly but the c.l. came to me with short expiry date. for your attention my first order (not from them) of this brand c.l. was on 2013 and i got them with 10/18 expiry date now i was order on 9/15 with 01/18 expiry date and one box 09/17 this is very important information to know before order

I recently used Contact Lens King because they were by far the lowest price for the lenses I needed. I was a bit hesitant because I had not used them previously. I have to say that I could not be happier with both the online process and how they handled my direct phone call to them. If you have any reservations, just call them. I was able to speak to a person very fast and they were awesome.

I just had the best CUSTOMER SERVICE experience in my life...I had ordered the wrong contact lenses (my fault), When i received them i immediately contacted CLK and they gave me an RA to return. They gave me a credit on the credit card but noticed that they didn't credit shipping+handling. So i contacted customer service and they explained their policy which i should have known had i read it on their web site. I was not happy as it cost me money to return and to receive the product. After numerous emails back and forth i get a phone call from a Costa (whom i don't have a last name) said he wanted to stop all the emails and offer to personnally deliver a free box of contacts for all my troubles. Of course i found it very had to beleive as its very rare that you get something for free these days! The very next day at 9am i get a call from my receptionist telling me Costa is here to see you. Well firstly he was so gorgeous and handed me a med size box and i said what did you bring me here, i opened it and there was 2 FREE BOXES + CONTACT SOLUTION + CONTACT CASE. I was in shock i wanted to hug him. This guy went out of his way to satisfy a customer. That my friends is what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. Its all about pleasing the customer and doing whatever it takes to keep a customer. There should be more companies like CLK. They now have a customer for life and not to mention the good word i will spread for everyone to seriously buy from this company. Prices are excellent and their customer service dept is the best in the country!!! There should be more companies like that! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR AWESOME SERVICE! Well done CLK!
