Fast, easy, and great bargain
I've ordered from them twice over the past few years and both times the experience was very positive. Easy online ordering system, quick rx verification, some of the lowest prices around, fast shipping. I was also able to submit the receipt to my insurance company and got most of my money back, so I'm happy all around. Spent way less than I would have ordering from my eye doctor.

Delay in fulfillment
I sent in my new prescription to be filled. They declined it because they were viewing my old prescription (from the year before). They were unable to see the new uploaded document. This caused a delay in my order. Then, when I tried to send them the new prescription again, they asked for it by text or e-mail. As far as I understand, that is an unsecured way of sending personal information. It does not follow HIPPA guidelines (I have worked within the HIPPA industry). So while I received my order once things were sorted out, it was delayed unnecessarily and resolved in a problematic way.

According to HHS.gov https://www.hhs.gov/hipaa/for-professionals/faq/482/does-hipaa-permit-a-doctor-to-share-patient-information-for-treatment-over-the-phone/index.html we are able to ask our customers to send their prescription via email or text. If the customer does not feel comfortable doing so we do have other options such as faxing the rx. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
