They try to stay competitive and responsive via email
They are usually pretty easy to get a hold of via email. They will return calls if you request via email. The contact prices will have a fee added at the end but after researching all the online companies, I have continued with this company for the last 3 years because the end cost is comparable or better to others online contact lens businesses. I have had issues with them not appropriately recognizing the date but after reaching out to them (email) they resolved it. As long as price stays competitive and the customer service remains responsive and accommodating , my family of 3 will likely continue with CLK.
