Ordered lenses on the 26th of February it has been a month and still have not received them. Hence the review. Every week, I had to be proactive in calling their customer support line as they did not send updates to me about this order via email. Any emails I did receive were just spam about "Get Free Shipping on Orders Over $150, Spring Sale, Get 10% Off Your Order" etc. Would've loved to have gotten that before my order! They continue to claim "production delay". Which I get it, you can't control the manufacture. What Contact Lens King doesn't do, is care for their customers. They don't advocate for them at all and basically let the manufacture walk all over them. Not once have they personally reached out to demand more information on the lenses. Each week I get a promise that they will be here "next week." Next week comes, and the same line is spewed. I'm tired of this, I am tired of waiting, and now I have to go to a vacation with one set of lenses. I ordered these a MONTH ago, this isn't an amazon package, this is how I see. Now I have to stress the entire time hoping I don't mess my current ones up. Contact Lens King FAILED to tell me that there were none in stock before purchasing. That is my biggest gripe, they were happy to take the money and play the goose egg chase without ever telling me that these lenses were out of stock. Anyone thinking of purchasing BEWARE, I would recommend calling them yourself to confirm that they are in stock, or going with a different reseller that is able to keep their stock up to date. Other than that, the customer support is responsive, I haven't had to wait on hold and they all seem sympathetic. This review is more to the "higher ups" that can't be bothered to fix this broken system. Thanks Contact Lens King, I really appreciate your ability to make me suffer. Edit: It is now the 17th of April, still have not received them.

Our back order rep does put in daily calls with each manufacturer to gather more information. However, it is up to the manufacturer to give us an estimated date of arrival to us. Upon looking into your order I see you purchased lenses that are discontinued per the manufacturer. As it states on our website for that product that it is being discontinued and it is automatically being replaced with its new lens. Below that disclaimer it states it will need to be ordered from the manufacturer. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. A supervisor will reach out to you shortly.
