I paid additional 14.95 and never received my contacts within time I needed them and called for refund. No call received. I want a credit of my purchase.

Good morning Crystal, I appreciate your reply and apologize for the inconvenience. However, due to "The Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act" we are legally bound by law to allow eight business hours for the prescription to be verified by your eye care provider (as stated during checkout). Only once these 8 business hours have lapsed are we permitted to passively verify the prescription and ship the order. Due to this legal process it can prevent orders from shipping out the same day if the patient's doctor does not verify the prescription in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this is what occurred in your case. However, once your prescription was passively verified your order was shipped out using 2nd Day service, as requested, and delivered within 2 business days. Very easy and convenient to order my lenses and I really like this site. The only downside is that they kept raising the price of my freshlook colorblends all the time. I been ordering here for such a long time and price keeps raising and it’s frustrating.
