Good service, good prices, fast shipping.
The product and shipping costs are quite reasonable, you can occasionally find sales or coupons too. They don't make me go through hoops when my optician makes them go through hoops or flat out ignores them in the process of verifying my prescription (like some other suppliers). Orders are shipped quickly, customer service by phone is quick, friendly and with people who speak my dialect. All around I've been quite satisfied with my buying experience for the past several years. I need glasses now too and if they offered those, I'd have no hesitation purchasing from them as well.
