As full-time rv'ers we need reliable internet at a reasonable cost. We have traveled a good portion of the USA and ConnecTen has always come through for us. We do a lot of streaming, uploading, and most importantly video calls with the grandkids. We absolutely recommend ConnecTen. Their prices are reasonable and customer service is awesome. ConnectTen is my favorite ISP at my rural home. The connection is strong, the router very reliable and Tyler is a true pleasure to work with.

ConnecTen is a honest company that has best service I have ever experienced their product works very good even if you don't have the best signal, if you experience any issues you make one call and they have the issue fixed in minutes. We have used them for seven months now and are very happy we found them I do recommend their services just call and ask for Tyler he will get you set up in no time.

Excellent customer service and the equipment always works! We have traveled from East coast to West coast. And last fall we traveled to a remote area in Canada 100mi North of Toronto and always had service. We sent ConnecTen a chat msg from their website to let them know we would be crossing into Canada in about an hour. They responded immediately and told us is was taken care of and to have a good trip. We never lost service. My wife uses her computer as we travel and she always had service.

I've had this service for a few months now, and it's been doing pretty well. It works great in areas with a strong signal, but the speeds can be a bit slower in lower signal areas. I’d recommend using a signal booster or an external antenna for better performance. Overall, I’m happy with it!
