Done a live chat with Angel. Service was running slow. We had consumed all of our plan data. Angel was able to upgrade us to the next plan in minutes and had up surfing the net again.

I was having poor network speed with the network my router was set to but Tracy was quick to answer my chat and got it switched to a different network. Now it's lighting fast!

I’ll start with this first. According to my experience over a 2 month period, this service has been spotty, unreliable and extremely frustrating. Over the last 2 weeks I’ve been back home in my driveway in my RV and Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T all have very good signals here. Yet Connected can’t seem to stay connected. It works for a couple hours then it doesn’t. I call customer service, an hour later it works and then the next day it’s the same thing again. Completely unreliable for someone that uses internet for work. I spent more time on the phone with Connecten than actually being connected to the internet. Keep in mind that I have their highest tier service at $120/month and spent over $400 to get the service and their router. Last night, the service was out again (as it usually was around 6-7pm) and after speaking with someone at Connecten I was told that there is some major issue that they are trying to resolve. I let it go until the morning, thinking they will solve the problem by then. Nope, it is still not working. After calling Connecten and speaking to „Jasper”, he wasn’t thrilled with my frustration and simply hung up on me. Great customer service Jasper! Please stay away from this company, it is great when it works but much of the time it doesn’t’t and you’ll spend a lot of time being frustrated and calling the company. Now I’m convinced that most, if not all of those glowing 5 star reviews for them were paid sponsorships. Read the negative reviews and you’ll see that they all have the same issues. This company is a disaster.

We have used Connecten for years on the road in our RV, its always been a great service and their Chat Reps are amazing especially Angel!

Jasper was a great help. He rebooted our modem, and we were up and running in a half hour.

I love Connecten! I have been using it for almost 1 year and travel full time. When I get to a new area,I call the service number and their helpful agent scans my router for the best service. No hassle! I have spoken to Angel several times, she is knowledgeable and polite! Thanks for all your help!

I live in my RV and needed reliable internet. ConnecTen has been everything I need. Fast internet for streaming and downloading. Ability to change carriers was a game changer.
