Confirmo blocked a legitimate B2B crypto payment between two fully registered companies and provided no meaningful human support to resolve it. Instead of engaging in a proper compliance review, they sent the same automated emails on repeat and refused to escalate the case to a human compliance officer. I proactively offered to provide company registration documents, director identification, proof of wallet ownership, contracts, invoices, and any additional compliance information they required, but all of this was ignored. They refused to give a clear refund timeline and left the funds frozen in limbo until it was eventually refunded. A real bank does not simply send money back without first requesting clarification and documentation. Banks engage with the customer to resolve compliance questions, whereas Confirmo chose to force a refund without any attempt at verification or dialogue. This was not a fraud case or an illegal transaction. It was a compliance process failure on Confirmo’s side that directly caused damage to an active client relationship and created unnecessary commercial and reputational risk.

I used Confirmo as the payment gateway for a QT Funding (QuantTekel.com) evaluation purchase on January 20, 2026. I paid $63.08 USDT, and the transaction was fully confirmed on-chain: Transaction ID: 0x151868f9b1ccc6c11ca0b06211a1309cd9293787b53aaaa278267f533e1f7252 After payment, I received no service or credentials. When I contacted Confirmo, they admitted that the funds were received but sent via the opBNB network — which they claim they “don’t support.” As a result, they refuse to recover or refund the payment, even though the funds clearly reached a wallet address generated by their system.

So after two email exchanges worth what I can assume can only be a generic AI assistant. I finally got to a human customer support agent which was very helpful to my problem and could resolve it within one email. So thank you for the great guidance and help with my issue. I can only advise to use confirmo. The payment process itself were easy to follow and quick to finish.

Very disappointing experience. I paid for a challenge account via crypto and have full proof of payment, but the prop firm keeps saying they never received it. No account credentials, no confirmation email, and no clear resolution so far. Support has been slow and unhelpful. It’s extremely frustrating when your money is gone and you’re stuck chasing answers. I expected much better transparency and professionalism.
