I recently had a bad experience where Confirmo showed USDC instead of USDT, which caused me to send funds to the wrong address. After this, they deducted 20% as fees — a huge loss for a simple mistake. I believe this could be avoided if they clearly labeled payment options and added USDT support directly. My recommendation: Confirmo should make the process clearer, display the correct coin name prominently, and reduce excessive penalty fees for such cases.

Hi Gamma, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Please allow us to clarify: our invoices always display the exact asset and network that must be used for payment (e.g., USDT on ERC20, TRC20, etc.). It is important that the funds are sent using those precise details. If a different currency or network is used, the payment cannot be processed automatically and requires a manual recovery. Manual recoveries involve technical handling, which is why a recovery fee applies. This fee is not intended as a penalty, but to cover the operational cost of retrieving funds from the wrong network or asset. That said, we truly value your input. We are continuously improving our platform to make the process clearer and reduce the chance of confusion. Your suggestion regarding clearer labeling is very valid and will be passed on to our product team. Best regards, Confirmo Support Team
