I amam filing this complaint against FundedNext and its payment partner, Confirmo, for the refusal to refund 51.63 USDT following a transaction failure. 1. The Issue: I made a payment of 51.63 USDT for a FundedNext account. The transaction was sent to Confirmo’s correct wallet address but on the wrong network (opBNB instead of BSC). filing this complaint against FundedNext and its payment partner, Confirmo, for the refusal to refund 51.63 USDT following a transaction failure. 1. The Issue: I made a payment of 51.63 USDT for a FundedNext account. The transaction was sent to Confirmo’s correct wallet address but on the wrong network (opBNB instead of BSC). 2. Binance's Proof: Binance confirmed the transfer was successful and explicitly stated that the responsibility for manual recovery lies with the receiving platform (Confirmo). 3. Confirmo's Refusal: Confirmo has repeatedly refused to access the funds, citing "no technical access", despite being provided with the Binance proof via a shared link. 4. FundedNext's Liability: FundedNext has been informed of Confirmo’s denial and has failed to issue a refund, despite being liable for the failure of their payment processor. They are now using delaying tactics like referring the case to a "Task Force" without a firm resolution. I demand the immediate refund of 51.63 USDT. This case is ticket 22259.
