Reliable and efficient

I had a very bad experience with Confirmo. I sent 18 USDT from my Binance wallet to pay an invoice. After the network fee, 17 USDT was successfully transferred according to the blockchain transaction. However, when the invoice expired, I received only 1.362812 USDT as a refund. More than 15 USDT is still missing and I did not receive a clear explanation about where the remaining funds went. I contacted support, but my ticket was closed without properly resolving the issue. I request Confirmo to review this case again and provide a clear explanation or return the remaining funds. I am willing to update this review if the issue is resolved.

Great support experience. I accidentally sent USDT using the wrong network when paying an invoice. The Confirmo support team responded quickly and Gabriel from support reviewed my case and made a one-time exception to recover my funds. I really appreciate the professionalism and assistance even though the mistake was on my side. Just a reminder to other users to always double-check the network before sending crypto. Had an issue with my payment as I sent it to the wrong address, it got resolved within 14 hours, which was much faster than expected. Usually companies would take multiple days but that fast was amazing. Additioanlly, I thouhgt i would have to scramble for the crypto to pay them but they just simply take the fee away from the original payment and send the rest. Amazing service couldnt be better

Its been the best payment provider but the last couple of months are TERRIBLE THE PROCESS OF VERIFICATION IS SLOW, CUT YOU RANDOMLY IN THE MIDDLE, BLOCKING THE PAYMENT PROCESS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE
