You can forget about this company. Starting from January 2026, for every single small payment to any online store, for example, Alza, they started requiring after payment personal client information such as first name, last name, street and house number, city of residence, country of residence, date of birth, country of birth, where the funds were sent from, from which wallet, personal or non-personal, and so on. Of course, one can argue and say that European regulators require this from us. But if there is no counteraction to this, then companies like Confirmo will soon cease to exist because people who pay with cryptocurrencies do not use them and pay with them to fill out such forms for every payment, which are usually filled out in banks. I wish this company a speedy bankruptcy! P.S. For several days now, I've been trying to get them to refund a payment that was sent to them in Bitcoin. But their form, although it looks like a refund form, when you fill in real data, enter the Bitcoin address for the refund, and so on, it says that the payment cannot be refunded, some proof is required for the refund, but what kind of proof is not specified. It says to contact support, you contact support, and they just don't respond to messages. Don't deal with this company from January 2026!

Frauds, they're not returning my refund! They even confirmed they've recovered my funds after I sent wrong coin for a payment. 24 hours passed with no response!
