I've experienced a frustrating issue with Confirmo where a mistaken crypto transfer (wrong wallet address) led to a refund request. Despite multiple confirmations via support mail with all details provided, they repeatedly send the SAME automated reply: "Please confirm the refund." No progress, no manual handling—just a broken loop delaying funds for days/weeks, despite claims of 8-hour processing. Support starts responsive but gets stuck in automation hell. This is poor customer service for a payment gateway. Fix your refund system! Avoid until resolved.

I made a mistake depositing via ETH when it should have been done via Polygon. They resolved my problem, albeit with a 20% fee. I'm not giving 5 stars because of the delay, but other than that, they solved my problem.

I paid $5,000 in crypto using Confirmo invoice. After the payment, they stopped the transaction. I asked why, they asked me for company documents. I was ready to send the documents, but suddenly they told me that the transaction cannot be completed at all and that they will make a refund. Now the real problem starts. The refund should be processed in up to 8 hours, but one full week has already passed. My refund is still “processing”. They can't tell me when it will be completed and they can't explain the reason why it is stuck. Every answer is vague and unclear. This is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I have lost time, money, and nerves because of this company. I honestly have never seen such bad handling of a client’s funds. This was my first and last time using their service. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from Confirmo. You risk losing your money and wasting a lot of time.

I contacted support to request a manual recovery. I escalated this to the Head of Support, who was professional and responsive, but informed me that their 'internal custody architecture' is currently too rigid to allow cross-chain recovery, even though the funds are securely at their address. Warning to others: Do not make a mistake with networks here. Unlike other modern exchanges that can perform manual recovery for a fee, Confirmo's system is currently unable to do so. Scammy, dishonest business practices of demanding data after BTC transfer. I paid and then, after paying, they demand id documents and video og my face. An honest company would not keep money ransom while demanding data.
