All their reviews are the same! I tried to purchase a warranty from them. My dealer told me they don't accept them because they are not licensed in any state! How can you sell illegally!!! SCAM!!!!!!!! When I told the rep about what the dealership said. He became very defensive and dropped the price even lower. Which raised my eyebrows!

I got to say that I couldn't have experience a more easy and simple process! They just make sure you are taken care off regardless of what issue is happening to your vehicle. They treat you like family and when you talk to Michael you just know that it will be resolved!! You don't have to jump through any hoops!

About 2 weeks back I had to call in to file a claim for my break in my volkswaggen. It was only briefly in the garage which was great and I was able to drive the car the same week. It was a good move to get the premium plan in the end
