Jeff was a great help with deciding to purchase the plan from Concord. The pricing was very good and the no pressure attitude was refreshing. It was much appreciated since my current plan is still in affect for a few months and I wanted to do some shopping around before making a decision. Obviously I haven't needed to use the plan yet and with some luck will never need to, but it's nice knowing that Concord is there.
