I do not believe I completed this purchase., as it never showed high quality I found by artist who did an exact photo and background (which I found artist to watercolour exactly.) The Companion Archive showed the portrait would have different background, that was enough to stop any thought of purchasing from this company. Given it was not what I was after, I did not progress with sale and would never pay the unrealistic cost, for something unwanted. The cost of the two different products was basically the same, approximately $123aus, The companion archive, responses were very AI generated so no conversation regarding refund, not admit any fault or difference to expectation. Even to offer half refund would have been something towards better customer service. I have sent company photos of both results, showing the actual photo I was wanting, what they offered, and what I got from another Etsy seller and highly recommend AnellHappyWatercolor

I went thru different photos of my dog and I waited a few weeks and came back and now I figured out which picture and background and it turned out beautifully!!! I did this as a tribute to my dachshund who passed away in Feb 2026 !! This was my Mother’s Day gift 💝

You made it easy to order and I received it within the time limit you said. I was given shipping updates and let known when it was delivered.
