My portrait was not uniform. The head and face of my pet look like a regular photograph and the body looks like a painting. I sent an email to customer support on May 12, 2026 asking if this could be corrected. Today is June 9, 2026 and I have not received a response.

I really liked the way that the portrait turned out and they did a great job of capturing my dog. When we received the canvas though it had a lot of empty space at the top. I would have preferred to have it more centered on the canvas. Production time was reasonable and shipping was quick. Packaging for the canvas was just okay.
Response from Companion ArchiveJun 8, 2026
Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We're delighted to hear that you were happy with how your dog's portrait turned out and that we were able to capture their personality so well. We also appreciate your comments regarding the canvas layout. We understand that having more empty space at the top than expected can affect the overall presentation, and we'll share your feedback with our design team as we continually work to improve our artwork placement and composition. We're glad production and shipping met your expectations. We also appreciate your note about the packaging and will take that into consideration as we evaluate ways to better protect and present our products. Thank you again for your support and for choosing us to create a portrait of your beloved pet. Best regards, The Customer Support Team
