In this day and age, there must be idiots running this site. Among dozens of transactions you dont even tell me which purchase you represent AND it may not have arrived yet. Fire whover dreamed this up and send him to Amazon to study reviews.

I did not buy a unit through comfortup, so this review is not about that. I bought a unit from Sears and the unit was damaged 4 months after I bought it in Hurricane Harvey. My insurance companies would not cover the damage and Gree would not warranty the product because a licensed air conditioner company did not install it. The Comfort up company came up with the parts I needed at a very reasonable price. If they did this for a person that did not purchase equipment from them I could imagine the service would be even better if you have. I will do business with them in the future.

I needed to replace a 9K indoor unit with a 12K. The Comfortup staff sent me a return mailing label, and a 12K unit. I returned the 9K unit and a refund was promptly issued. I thought their staff were knowledgeable and they were eager to help me. Good company.
