Helped to make sure prior to order that i was ordering correct unit.

A first rate product at a good cost! Knowledgeable and courteous sales staff made the transaction virtually painless. I plan on buying another unit from them next month.

When they did not have the indoor units for my ductless system in stock that I ordered I contacted and given a free upgrade for the 3 units and delivery was swift.

I'm on the West Coast of Canada. Yes, we like to keep cool here during the summer too! I worked with Carey over the phone to select and place an order for a Gree multi split system on May 23. Today is May 26 and I am writing this review having just picked up my system from a 'ship to the border' warehouse in Blaine, WA. I am blown away by the efficiency of service from ComfortUp! The order drop-shipped out of Fresno on the same day and is now sitting in my garage ready for installation. Excellent job ComfortUp!

The lines supplied were weren't the right gauge. Installer had to cut and brasse every bend. When he tried to use his bender the line would kink. Alot of money for lines that kinked.

Very courteous.fast service. and great prices.
