I bought a Gree Split Air from this company. Had it installed by a certified A/C technician. This unit is still under warranty. I tried to contact this company by phone and by e-mail numerous times, no one will call me back. My air has been out over two weeks now. Be careful when buying from this company. They are happy to sell you the unit but will not be there when there is a warranty problem. Update:7/6/18 I finally received a call from Comfort up and they have assured me that they have contacted Gree and in turn Gree has contacted the technician that installed the air conditioner and the part needed will be shipped to him for installation.

ComfortUp received my order and shipped it to me in about a week. Everything arrived in good order. They even upgraded the air handlers to the latest model at no cost to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mini-split system.
