Super easy experience to reorder supplies. Personnel are very helpful in assisting the reorder process.

My first order got lost, they sent out another shipment to be delivered the next day. It took 2 more days, I ordered barrier spray which I was suppose to get the next day as well, as it wasn’t in my order.I had to call twice to update my address, the spray was 2 days late, this has been a really bad experience for the first time with you guys, and praying it doesn’t happen again. My stomach and stoma were infected and skin was cracking about 2.5 inches as they knew I only had a few bags, but really needed barrier wipes/ spray. The wipes are always too dry so I have to squeeze 3-4 each change. It doesn’t work. I hope next time is like all my other orders have been!

I would like to thank Reina Nunez for everything she has done for me. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and knew how to answer all my questions. You need more people like her - she is a superstar!
