Great , really enjoyed working with toy

It’s wonderful to receive your supply’s on time and without all the harassment I had to deal with concerning the last company I was told to use. Employees are always courteous and understanding. Confidence building company.

Took 5 weeks to get product because the company did not notify me of issues they were having and only after about 10 phone calls from me was the situation finally rectified..frustrating and disappointing.

Quick overnight delivery. Very satisfied.

All went welll throughout the process. The people were kind and professional. I only had one mishap and that was when the representative said my package was being sent, I thought she meant to my Alaska address and instead was sent to my Washington state address. But I must say, it was I who did not confirm the address so that was on me.

Everyone on the phone has been very responsive . My only issue was the amount of time it took for shipping I thought the company was based in Florida so shipping would be more local and quicker . I was asked if we wanted an earlier ship date and I said no on order #1 but based on shipping time I asked if I could change it and was told no she said the 22nd because of Medicare

New to the company as a customer had great experience.
