great company to deal with. comfort medical has a great selection of catheters and all of the various brands. no problems at all.

The billing system is poor. We received a $1000 + bill due to late billing by Comfort Medical. This was a shock and strain on our monthly bills. The company did offer a breakdown so we could pay over a period of time but still.................. We were told that they were working on making this better by using a "new system".

They do what they say they will do, for me, that is all I ask. This is NOT a comment on the people nor the manner in which this business is managed.

Comfort Medical has always done a great job of being prompt communicating to see if my supplies are depleted before it time to reorder & has always been great to deal with. Their people are always kind & considerate.

This is the first company in 17 years that has been true to their promises. I do not feel like an "add-on" customer, only to be taken care of after the bigger buyers. I will do business with them for the rest of my life.

This is the BEST company, very easy to work with. So happy I found it

Well I think that the staff is really nice, tho however my last order was a nite mare!, it would be nice if the warehouse & the office were on the same page, I’ve had to return things & they were never noted to my acct that they were returned, so very upsetting
