Comfort Medical calls me like clockwork when it’s time to fill orders and in all the years I’ve been ordering with them only one order ( I have two accounts) was an item wrong When that happened FedEx picked it up and the item was replaced The only Negative to Comfort Medical is the phone doesn’t ring long enough and if you’re in a wheelchair or impaired in anyway you just can’t get to it fast enough and to me that’s annoying
