No complaints at all!

Comfort Medical has been fantastic on helping me to order and receive my medical supplies on time. I am very very pleased with their service.

As the long time girlfriend, being turned overnight, into a caregiver for the boyfriend that had a stroke, I can honestly say, that out of 3 companies I had ordered condom catheters from, Comfort Medical was the best.

Quality products, but they shine the most with their customer service. They call regularly to see if we need any supplies. They are never upset when the answer is no and don't try to pressure us to reconsider. They always have what we need when we are ready. Shipping is quick.

Products and delivery are good. Billing is a big problem, no matter how many times I give them an address for billing, it doesn't happen timely. It goes 4-5 quarters until the bill comes, like sticker shock. I should change providers (for my mother) but I haven't found the time to do so... yet.
