It was very easy to make the change from my old supplier to Comfort Medical. I received my supplies sooner than I expected, and they were my preferred brand, which my old supplier could not provide for me.

Good service, however the supplies were shipped to the wrong address so that was a little frustrating. Otherwise I had no complaints.

You've given me hope in a bag lasting more than one day. I was used to changing my bag up to 4 times a day. Thank you.

My daughter was in a car accident when she was 15, and left a paraplegic. She has an ostomy now, and until recently, we've had no issues with comfort medical. However, we've had THREE instances in the past 6 months that left my daughter (now 18), in a very tight spot. Usually, comfort medical would call me every month, and ask if Ariana was ready for another shipment (ask me how many supplies she has left, etc.) Well at the beginning of November 2018, we did not receive a call. I called them, after my daughter said that she had run out of her ostomy bags (of course, I gave HER an earful as well), but when I called comfort medical, I was told that there was a note in the system where someone DID call MY phone and supposedly I said that it was the wrong number and not to call back anymore. Well, that definitely was NOT me or my number, but maybe they misdialed, and they never did try to reach out any other way.... So, now my daughter is stuck using a stoma cap (rinsing it out daily and reusing it). The customer service rep I spoke to did apologize to me, and stated that she'd get the shipment out ASAP, and we could worry about any changes to the order at another time, because she really needed her supplies NOW... Well, I was told that the supplies would be here in 2 days. Well, 3 days later, no supplies. We called back and was told that they needed prior authorization from the insurance company...... So, I called the insurance company to find out that they send authorization a few days ago, but they reported never received it. So they sent it again that same day... I was told they would overnight it.... two more days, and nothing! I called them back and again, they said that they're waiting for auth. I was transferred to another dept., who could see the auth, and they put the order in. The supplies came 2 days later (today). My insurance told me that I should look into another company....

As the first time user I am very pleased with your service. However, tempted as I am to give you four stars, I will reassess that with future orders. But as of now, I am very pleased. Thank you!

Good phone service on order. They had a great deal of difficulty getting a fax to me, some the problem was on me. They were very persistent on the phone to the degree of being a pain. But in the end they came through with the order was complete and correct. So all is well. Next order will be smoother i am sure.
