COMFORT'S UNCOMFORTABLE SERVICE: COMFORT SHIPPED US BARRIERS WITH A 2 3/4 INCH OPENING TO FIT ON THE BAGS THAT HAD A 2 1/4 INCH OPENING. A TOTAL NON-STARTER. THE BARRIERS WERE A FAR SMALLER SIZE THAN OUR USUAL #14803 BARRIERS. WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT THE 14803 BARRIERS WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WERE DISCONTINUED. LATER, HOLLISTER TOLD US THAT THIS WAS INCORRECT. I GUESS THAT COMFORT STOPPED INVENTORYING THE LARGER BARRIERS TO SIMPLIFY THEIR INVENTORY. UGH!!! SINCE THE LARGER BARRIERS DON'T LEAK AS EASILY! ALSO, COMFORT DOESN'T CARRY THE CLEANING "LOLLIPOPS" . THESE FOLKS ARE NOT COMFORT, HONEST, OR RELIABLE. OSTOMY PATIENTS DESERVE BETTER SERVICE. USE ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR!!!! JOYCE

The first time I used Comfort Medical they stepped up and took care of everything for me. I first contacted a medical supply company recommended by my urologist and they were a real hassle. Comfort Medical was infinitely better and still have my business from now on.
