Did not receive the product that was wanted!! due to stock issues, Said that I can return later and exchange. How will I know when the out of stock issue has been handled??

Normally I am very happy with the service. However, this last shipment was very slow and there was no information from comfort medical about the delay. It took 5 days for me to receive my supplies and I was out for 3 of those days. When I finally called to fund out the problem the rep was unsympathetic and unhelpful only stating that there was a delay in shipping it out due to a power outage. This does nothing to mitigate that my health was endangered by this delay.
