Everything that happens, happens perfectly. I call and a nice lady answers the phone. She asks how she can be of assistance and I tell her I need to place an order. By the way, she sent me an email two weeks ahead of my next planed order. It's like she lives next door. She knows what I've ordererd in the past but still asks what I need, the quantity and and the date I need it. What's not to like?? Supplies have always been delivered fast (3 days) from Florida to Virginia. There's no greater anxiety for ostomates to feel they will run short of needed supplies. Thanks!
