I just received my first order the other day and I was very pleased with it. Customer service person I talked to when I first called was very helpful.

We've been customers of Comfort Medical for a little more than two years and are extremely satisfied with their service. Their representatives are always pleasant, informative and helpful. Shipments are accurate and sent as promised.

Ordering supplies has been easy and quick.

My order has been wrong numerous times. It seems that the ordering staff do not have easy access to change anything unless the customer can provide the exact product number. And there is no online catalog with detailed pictures and descriptions for customers to see what is available out there. The ordering staff are not knowledgeable about product alternatives.

Very happy. My old supplier was constantly late and often out of what I needed. I ordered ahead of time because I was concerned about delivery. Literally got the supplies in one day.

The company is fast and courteous. The person on the phone is always polite and friendly when taking my order. They always make sure that they are speaking to the right person and have all the correct information that they need to fill my order. My shipment is always delivered when they say it will be.
