Great service..

I put in my routine order on 12/30/20 and received it 1/16/21. Sadly it was missing the M9 deodorant. I've always ordered that and never had a problem. Hopefully it was just a mistake.

I was a long time getting needed supplies. When I called yovr cs and spoke with Beverly, she said I hadn't received them because the doctor had not sent you a prescription for the order.I asked Beverly to re-submit the request. When I called my doctor, I was told they had not received any. request. The doctor office took your phone # to call you. I don't understand why I wasn't comtacted to let me know why my order wasn't being processed because I made it clear that I was completly out of several items.

your billing system needs to be improved in the way you invoice.

Lynette was very helpful and professional. She reassured us that we will get the product in a timely manner and we did. She also told us that Comfort Medical will assist us before our next renewal to find us an in-network provider.

There was an issue with getting the correct prescriptions from the doctors office and the Comfort Medical staff were so supportive and helpful as we worked through the problem. As soon as the prescription issues were worked out, we received my husband’s supplies overnight. The order was accurate and I felt so relieved to have the supplies he needs. Thank you!
