I have been working with Comfort Medical for four months. They have helped me understand what product would best meet my needs. They took my initial order and filled it promptly and correctly. Friendly reminders were sent to insure I had the items I needed, when I needed them. I couldn't ask for better customer service.

Customer service is horrible. It took 3 weeks to even get my first order initiated and talking to the manager. This place feels like its a small time family operation who doesn't have their stuff together at all. I could never get a hold of my rep and received misinformation when I got a call back.I I had to do this again, I would have told the referring company to choose someone else.

Very responsive. Able to acquire my information quickly and without problems. Sets up my next order so that I receive it when I need it. Excellent product, have been using it for 4 or 5 years without any problems. I often receive new product information and I wonder if I am supposed to try out those products. Thank you

Everything went very well. I cannot remember the name of the person who helped me with my order over the phone. But she was super she was extremely efficient and professional. She was also very pleasant, and patient. It was a big order but she took her time to make sure I was ordering everything I needed. Please thank her for me. After we were done she reviewed everything again to make sure we didnt miss anything. The order delivered to my house within 48 hours. Thanks to all that were involved.
