I felt the rep I spoke with was not very patient and a bit snarky. I’ve found your reps to be in a hurry and want me to “get things done quickly “. They know things inside and out. I don’t. Rushing me is not being helpful.

My items came, as usual, quickly, modestly, and totally. Comfort Medical keeps sending me emails about reordering online, but call me before I get the chance to do so. It seems unnecessary to send the items FedEx, as I can't order before I have 1 week to 10 days supplies, plenty of time to come at a slower rate, but it's nice to know that I will get them so quickly, and in plenty of time. Great service!

2 day shipping does not work for me in my location. Have tried to call with my last 2 shipments to change the time frame. Apparantly I must call within a 6 day time frame with each order to have a message sent to your insurance verification division to okay shipping to include 4day shipping because of my location in rural Montana, I do not receive my order in 2 days. Will try that next time as I ran out of catheters on the 20th and did not receive my order until the 23rd.
