Health struggles can leave a person feeling alone, small, sometimes scared. Visiting the Doctor's office seldom relieves these feelings because of the rush in which visits take place and the staffing reductions have removed the people who once had time to smile at me, even if they couldn't slow down to talk. When I talk to the Comfort Medical staff, I don't feel so alone anymore. I hope you will relay to your team how important they ALL are, even the folks who fill the orders but especially the phone team. Thank you. Doug R.

Fast friendly customer service and shipment of order

Very helpful. Got the supplies in time. Had to return some items but they made that process painless.

I got my shipment when I expected.

I am very upset about my last order experience. I placed my order as soon as I was eligible so I would not run out of my supplies. I also wanted to get my order in before my copay kicked back in at the beginning of the year. I received a message on New Year’s Eve that my supplies were delayed. Of course I could not call until the follow Monday. I was told I would get them overnighted to me and they would make sure I was not billed for them I had to call again on Wednesday or Thursday because I still did not have them! Sandy called me back after her work hours to inform me that my order has to be sent to Ohio in order to overnight it. She was very helpful!!! I received conflicting emails throughout the whole time. They finally shipped on January 8th!!! Today I received a EOB from my insurance company that I owe almost $500 when I should not have to owe anythinghh because my order was placed well before the end of the year so I would not have to pay a copay or deductible.

Great service! I appreciate the reminders when it comes time to reorder. Always professional and courteous. Ostomy products are fresh and not died out.

They did great. I have no problems with comfort medical. Will not fill another survey out.
